A treinta minutos del partido que enfrenta a los dos mejores equipos españoles del año, hago repaso de la bibliografía de PI

Para empezar, tomo prestada de la valiosísima WIPO SME's Newsletter la siguiente referencia: "While there is increasing recognition of the significance of SMEs, as well as the need for appropriate intellectual asset management for SMEs across OECD countries, there are few regulatory frameworks or specific instruments directed to SMEs. However, there is a series of OECD Studies on SMEs and entrepreneurship. The study Intellectual Assets and Innovation: The SME Dimension explores the relationships between SME intellectual asset management, innovation and competitiveness in different national and sectoral contexts. It provides insights on the ability of SMEs to access and utilize the protection systems available to them, and identifies key challenges for SMEs in realizing full value from IPRs. It also investigates effectiveness of regulatory frameworks and policy measures to support SME access to IPRs, identifying best practices and proposing policy recommendations".

The Intellectual Property Valuation – A Case of Jet Airways, the Innovative and Critical Times Ahead, an Indian Perspective:  This research paper analyzes the different approaches of IPR valuation, taking Jet Airways as a case study wherein it acquires “Jet Airways” Logo from Jet Enterprises Private Limited, the promoter company which had registered this trademark. The agreement and the valuation approach taken by the two companies to create a consensus for the exact valuation have been analyzed.
