Google has
become one of the most successful enterprises in the Information Society.
However, many of the services of the Mountain
View ’s company have been or are being the object of
legal proceedings throughout the world. The object of this seminar is to
analyze whether the accusations against Google are well-founded or not. In
addition, the analysis of these disputes will allow participant to discuss
whether the existing legal framework constitute or not an obstacle f0r the
establishment of knowledge-economy business models such as that of Google.
